GENERAL GRINDING APPLICATION
To grind  non-abrassive dry mineral material for fineness up to 450 mesh having out put ranging from 1 to 2 tonnes per hours (feeding material should be free from moisture.)
PRINCIPLE OF GRINDING OPERATION
The feeding material of the size 20 mm ( Max.) is fed at controlled rate into the grinding chamber by feeding arrangement. This material with the help of rotating plough is directed between stationary ring and rotating rollers and is pulverized. With the help of suction created by blower, this material is lifted into the separator / classifier where fine material is carried to the cyclone and rough material in the  separator / classifier, returns to the grinding chamber for the further grinding.
DUSTLESS OPERATION
As the mill system is entirely under negative pressure, it eliminates any possibilities of dust escaping into the grinding plant. Thus keeping the house almost dustless.
